It is a partnership designed to bring out the best in the client and ensure a journey of positive change through maximizing his or her own potential. Changing old habits can be challenging and staying motivated to change can feel overwhelming. My role as your coach and facilitator, is to support you, encourage you, motivate and inspire you to meet you lifestyle or wellness goals. If you are in the midst of health challenges, wellness coaching is a powerful force which has been proven to compliment conventional medicine.
